JK being turned into a big jail: Irfan Ansari

Srinagar, Apr 4: Peoples Conference (PC) candidate for Srinagar Lok Sabha constituency, Irfan Raza Ansari on Thursday said that Jammu and Kashmir is being turned into a big jail, saying that banning civilian traffic twice a week on highway will block the State economically.
Irfan said that Jammu and Kashmir is being turned into a big jail due to such kind of decisions, adding that banning civilian traffic twice a week on highway will cause immense hardships to the general public especially patients and students.
He said that such an order be revoked immediately so that the people will not suffer, adding that these measures can never bring any solution but the government by taking such decisions are conveying a message that the situation here is not normal. (KNS)
