Indo-Pak armies trade fire in Uri

Srinagar, Feb 27: Heavy firing between the armies of India and Pakistan in north Kashmir’s Uri sector created panic on Wednesday.
“Both sides were using mortars and small arms to target each other in Kamalkote area,” defence sources said that adding that the exchanges were continuing.
Heavy firing exchanges were also continuing intermittently along the LoC, including Poonch, Rajouri and Jammu districts since Tuesday night, hours after Indian Air Force fighter jets carried out a “non-military, pre-emptive” action across the border.
