New Delhi, Feb 27: India on Wednesday handed over to Pakistan a dossier with specific details of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s complicity in the Pulwama attack. In the dossier, India also provided details of the presence of JeM militant camps and its leadership in Pakistan.
The dossier was handed over to the acting high commissioner of Pakistan Syed Haider Shah, who was summoned this afternoon by MEA to lodge a strong protest at the unprovoked act of aggression by Pakistan against India, including violation of the Indian air space by Pakistan Air Force and targeting of Indian military posts.
The deputy high commissioner was told that India expects Pakistan to take immediate and verifiable action against militancy emanating from territories under its control.
Regret was expressed at continuing denial by Pakistan’s political and military leadership at the presence of militant infrastructure on territories under its control.
