Precious Kashmir Impact: SDM Lolab suspends 8 instructors for dereliction of duties

Kupwara, Jan 17: Taking cognizance of the news story titled “Instructors in ITI Lalpora Lolab remain absent from duty, manage attendance fraudulently, students suffer” published in Precious Kashmir on Jan 16, 2019 Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Lolab Ahmad Hussain on Thursday suspended eight instructors at ITI Lalpora for unauthorized absence.
A team headed by SDM Lolab visited ITI Lalpora Lolab and found eight instructors absent. The SDM ordered on spot suspension of the absentees.
The instructors who were suspended are: Razia Hameed (dress making instructor), Shaheena Wani (MCE instructor), Shabir Ahmad Pir (houskeeping instructor), Jan Mohammad Bhat (ICTM instructor),Khalida Shabir (Sectoral practicing instructor),Masoodul Haq (Social studies instructor), Zubaida Begum and Naseer Ahmed Khan.
“The government has adopted zero tolerance against the dereliction of duties by employees” the SDM Lolab said.
He directed employees to perform their duties regularly in letter and spirit and ensure prompt services to the general public.
