ITeA chief Inquilabi, two others booked under PSA, shifted to Jammu

Srinagar, Jan 11: Chairman of Islami Tanzeen-e-Azadi (ITeA) Abdul Samad Malla, alias Inquilabi and two others were booked under Public Safety Act (PSA) for their alleged anti national activities and shifted to Jammu jail on Friday, official sources said.
Inquilabi, who was evading arrest since November, was arrested from Pulwama on December 24 night from Pulwama. Later local courts at Bandipora sent him police and judicial remand.
Inquilabi was lodged in Central Jail, Srinagar, on court orders after he alleged torture in police station Sumbal. However, he was again yesterday shifted to Sumbal police station where he stopped taking food against his shifting there.
However, he was now slapped PSA for his anti national activities. Inquilabi, a resident of Ganasthan, Sumbal Bandipora, has filed a case in a Bandipora court seeking Rs 10 crore compensation for his frequent arrests for the past 25 hours.
The two others booked under PSA are Tawseef Ahmad Lone son of Wali Mohmad Lone a resident of Gundpora and Suhail Ahmad Parrey son of Zahoor Ahmad, a resident of Bangar Mohalla Hajin.
