Corruption is really a major issue to achieve a target individually or as a state. More or less it is present worldwide. Also, it seems to be on rise. The people of Jammu and Kashmir are the among the worst suffers of corruption in accessing public services a think tank has revealed in its survey. The Centre for Media Studies (CMS) in its annual corruption study. The J&K placed as most corrupt among 20 surveyed states. We also belongs from the same state that who lead front in corruption, this is that worst thing that not allow any decent nation of the world but unfortunately our society is also the victim of this evil, our religion doesn’t allow this crime in any case but most of us suffer for this disease it’s that kind of evil who never wants to get your dreams true, it makes human beings unhappy and embarrassing that breaks all hopes, someone had lost his with his life. Someone goes into that world where he doesn’t care about anyone’s. We see this disease all over here , why are we not in small are big or big office, we will see this same thing that is corruption, this disease leaves a deserving and intelligent soul in a helpless world then he leaves all hopes or gets drunk or in some other crimes , when he looks the every corner of his life is unhappy, deceive , helpless difficult and urgencies , he was not such when he was born he was also the king in their in their own world , he was also debauched in their world with hard work and dedication, he was not less than anyone in their educational field he crossed every step with brilliant success.
When he completed his mission then he knocked the door for which he worked so hard for their bright future but he saw that when he have never seen anywhere when he doesn’t get his own right, his right gets those who doesn’t deserve it , he would be helpless and remediless to see all this he gets into a lot of trouble seeing all this , from which he suffers a lot of difficulties After which he gets hit with drug addiction which effects his / her whole life and caused disturbance to everyone then his relatives or our society, but we are responsible for all this , because this poison we have spread in our society, the punishment of which we are cutting today itself. Corruption has behind their own story everyone use it for their own purpose, if he is a politician, bureaucrat and employee of any office. Some forms of corruption now called institutional corruption are distinguished from bribery and other kinds of obvious personal gain. A similar problem of corruption arises in any institution that depends on financial support from people who have interests that may conflict with the primary purpose of the institution.
Over time, corruption has been defined differently. For example, in a simple context, while performing work for a government or as a representative, it is unethical to accept a gift. Any free gift could be construed as a scheme to lure the recipient towards some biases. In most cases, the gift is seen as an intention to seek certain favors such as work promotion, tipping in order to win a contract, job or exemption from certain tasks in the case of junior employee giving the gift to a senior employee who can be key in winning the favor. Corruption is an age old phenomenon and can be seen everywhere now a days. It is like a cancer in public life. Corruption is widespread in our society and it has caused maximum suffering to the human kind. Emergence of a political elite which believes in interest oriented . Artificial scarcity created by people with malevolent intention wrecks the fabrics of the economy. Corruption is caused as well as increased because of the change in the value system and ethical qualities of men who administer. The old ideals of morality, services and honesty are regarded as anachronistic. Vast size of population coupled with widespread illiteracy .Complex laws and procedures deter common people from seeking help from the government. Big industrialists fund politicians to meet high cost of election and ultimately to seek personal favor. Bribery to politicians buys influences and bribery by politicians buys votes.
As Muslims, we strongly believe in the uncertainty of the time of our death, the Day of Judgment and life after death. Every soul is accountable to Allah for every action that they have done on this world.
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “The son of Adam will not pass away before Allah until he is asked about five things: how he lived his life, and how he utilized his youth, how he earned his wealth, how he spent his wealth, and what he did with his knowledge.”
Nowadays, bribery and corruption have become such a norm in our lives in many parts of the world and we take part in it without even thinking! This is wrong and it’s a big sin in Islam.
“Truly, Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” (Quran 13:11).
