Mankotia urges Governor to constitute de-limitation commission

Udhampur, Dec 23: Retrieting the demand to constitute de-limitation commission in the state,Former MLA & NPP President Balwant Singh Mankotia said that to increase the Assembly seats in Jammu region is need of hour to end the discrimination with Jammu province. Mankotia also urged Governor for early intervention.
While addressing the series of huge gatherings at Neeli-Naala & Garnai panchayat of Udhampur constituency, NPP President Balwant Singh Mankotia disclosed that delimitation of Assembly constituencies which has not been done since 1985. He said that Governor of J&K is competent according to the Constitution of the State to set-up Delimitation Commission urgently so that all the three regions namely, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh shall get adequate and just share of representation in the Assembly
Mankotia also stressed upon the developmental failure of Udhampur constituency & said that leadership crisis are behind for paralysed developmental scenario of Udhampur & ex MLA Gupta totally ignored the Basic regular demands of General Public.
On the occasion Mankotia also felicitates newly elected Sarpanchs/Panchs & appealed locals to strengthen Panthers party in upcoming elections for the overall development.
