Earthquake jolts Badharwah Valley

Srinagar, Dec 21: An earthquake of 3.7 magnitude on the Richter scale jolted Badharwah Valley on Friday morning forcing panicky residents in various areas to run out of their homes onto the streets.
Meteorological official said that earthquake had its epicentre in the Hindukush Mountains in Afghanistan at a depth of 220 km,”
An official said that no loss of life or damage to property was reported from anywhere in the state. (CNS)
