Director Social Forestry kick starts plantation drive in south Campus

Anantnag, Dec 20: In order to keep our environment clean, Department of Social Forestry Thursday launch a plantation drive in south campus University, Anantnag.
The chief guest of function, Director Social Forestry, Suresh Gufta while addressing gathering said more than one lakh saplings will be planted in the nook and corner of Anantnag district. He said officers of social Forestry have been directed to gear up for this mega program. He further added people must come forward to extend full cooperation and support for saving the environment for the future generations.
Earlier Director south campus, Professor Ashfaq Andrabi welcomed the guests and presented brief gist of activities of the campus. He thanked Social Forestry deptt in making this program successful.

Rangers of Qazigund, Ishtiaq Ahmad Mookdoomi, Anantnag Range, Javaid Ahamed Mir, Kokernag Range Nissar, Achabal Range Showkat Ahmad coordinated over all plantation Drive.
