Student facing severe transport problem in Lolab

Lolab, Nov 7: The Govt Degree College Sogam students especially girls are facing hardships as they have to travel in jam packed buses.
Due to the lack of proper transport facilities, the female students many times miss the classes.
“Though the authorities are fully aware of the problems of the students in the lolab but they have failed to take any action in this regard,” said a 11th class student from Dharamwari Lolab.
She said the female students many times have to return from bus stop due to overloading as they are unable to travel on rooftops of the buses.
“The students in Lalpora, Sogam, Krusan, Darpora , Dharamwari and other areas of Kupwara district are facing acute transport problem and the authorities never bothered to solve the same,” said another student.
Students have appeared district administration to solve their problem otherwise they will hit the roads.
