Soldier dies of cardiac arrest in Baramulla

Srinagar, Oct 19: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan, who was deployed in north Kashmir district of Baramulla for election duty, died of cardiac arrest, official sources said here on Friday.
They said a jawan Hari Om, a resident of Rewari in Haryana, was deputed in Baramulla for election duty. “Hari suffered a massive heart attack,” they said, adding he was immediately taken to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
“Arrangements were being made to send the mortal remains of the jawan to his native village at Rewari in Haryana,” they added.
