JKSEC, PSAJK express condolences with Dr Habib Khirzen

Srinagar, Oct 19: Jammu and Kashmir State Education Council and Private Schools’ Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK) today held a joint condolence meeting to mourn the demise of Ahmad Fikri Arief son of Dr Habib Khirzen in Indonesia.
The members of both JKSEC and PSAJK expressed their sorrow over the great loss to Khirzen family. Pertinent to mention 36-year-old Ahmad Fikri Arief passed away on 15th October while on way to Jakarta Islamic Hospital, Pondok Kopi, East Jakarta, Indonesia. He is survived by a wife and a daughter of 16 months.
Since last Friday to Sunday afternoon, Arief has been invited by the Ma’arif Insitute (founded by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Syafii Maarif, former chairman of Muhammadiyah) to be a resource person in the National Workshop on the Future of Millennial Generation). He passed away peacefully on the way to the hospital. He was buried in the family graveyard, at Jetis, Magelang.
Jammu Kashmir State Education Council Kashmir and Private Schools’ Association Jammu and Kashmir expressed its deepest condolences to Dr Habib Khirzen and his family. May Allah SWT shower his blessings on the departed soul and grant him a high place in paradise.
The members of the Association prayed to almighty to give courage to the bereaved family and grant Jannah to the departed soul.
The meeting was attended by Chairman PSAJK G N Var, Convener JKSEC Prof Hamidullah Marazi, Dr Iqbal Qureshi, Khurshid Bismil, Mushtaqul Haq Sikander, Shaikh Inayatullah, Hashma Qureishi, and others. (PTK)
