Tral shuts on fourth straight day against detentions

Srinagar, Aug 13: Shutdown continued on the fourth straight day in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday against the arrests of people including relatives of militants.
The locals are demanding the release of arrested persons, including students, employees, and traders.
Shops and business establishments on Monday remained closed in the town while traffic was off the roads.
Police on Tuesday night arrested several people, mostly family members and relatives of active Hizbul Mujahideen militants.
