BJP spilling beans

The National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party Ram Madhav has taken the former Chief Minister and the Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti head on by stating that she was heading the unified command and knew it very well that which policy was being followed in Kashmir.
Soon after the BJP pulled out from the government in J&K Mehbooba Mufti addressed a presser in Srinagar and told BJP that “muscular policy” won’t work in Kashmir and Valley cannot be treated as an “enemy territory.”
Assertions of Ram Madhav have put the PDP in tight spot as the party has been claiming that it paid a “heavy price” for making Centre announce ceasefire in J&K and following the pro-Kashmir agenda. It looks like that BJP is spilling the beans to corner the PDP and to send a message that PDP was in loop and it cannot run away.
Another factor which may go against the PDP is that the BJP is repeatedly saying that PDP failed on the governance front and pushed people away from the government. PDP has not responded to the allegations which have been leveled against the party since the day government has fallen in Jammu and Kashmir. If PDP continues to remain silent it would make people believe that BJP is speaking the truth.
When PDP-BJP government was formed it was clear that BJP would look after Jammu region and PDP would take care of the Valley. But PDP has nothing much to claim as the past three years witnessed manifold increase in the violence and killings and on development front PDP couldn’t get the desired results. The party which ruled J&K from 2015 to 2018 is in dire straits and has almost got consumed.
