Srinagar, May 7: The civil secretariat reopened in Srinagar on Monday as part of bi-ennial durbar move.
As part of the practice, state’s bureaucracy and ministers returned to Srinagar after spending winters in Jammu.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti received the traditional guard of honour.
However, Internet continues to be suspended on the third successive day after it was snapped following Chattabal gunfight in the heart of city that left three militants including a Srinagar resident dead.
