Kathua Case: BJP MLA seeking CBI probe to hold ‘Dogra Swabhimaan’ rally on May 20

Jammu, May 6: BJP MLA and former minister Choudhary Lal Singh, who is demanding CBI probe in Kathua rape and murder case on Sunday announced ‘Dogra Swabhimaan’ rally at Hiranagar on May 20.
While chairing a meeting in Kathua which was attended by various sections of the society, the BJP MLA declared ‘Dogra Swabhimaan’ rally to be held at Hiranagar on May 20 in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
He, however, appealed to people to assemble at large in the rally to seek justice for Kathua case victim and to save the pride and pluralistic culture of Dogras.
Singh and Chander Prakash Ganga resigned as ministers after chief minister Mehbooba Mufti reportedly sought their resignations for attending s rally of ‘Hindu Ekta Manch’ at Hiranagr seeking justice for accused in Kathua case.
The protestors are demanding CBI probe while Choudhary Lal Singh has been launching campaign and holding rallies and candle march processions across the region for their demand.
