New Delhi has decided to kill Kashmiris: Akbar Lone

Srinagar, Mar 5: While reacting strongly over the killings in Shopian, senior leader of National Conference Mohammad Akbar Lone lashed out at state and central government.
He said that they (central Govt) have decided to kill Kashmiris. “They treat us as enemies. They don’t treat us as friends.”
Lone said that there is no difference in ruling regimes, be it led by Mehbooba Mufti, Ghulam Nabi Azaad or Omar Abdullah, they all continued to kill Kashmiries. “There is no difference in state governments”, he said.
Terming the incident as unfortunate, he said that they have decided to crash adding that there is only bloodshed in Kashmir. “They don’t want peace in Kashmir and have bloodshed. There is no doubt in that. They treat us as enemies,” he said.
He expresses his shock over the six killings in army firing. “I am not talking as the leader of national conference but as the man from the state”, he said. He said that state has given them license to kill.
Lone also terms Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s earlier statement of ‘Hundred Bullet against One bullet’ as senseless. He said that such statements are encouraging the forces. (PTK)
