Srinagar, Feb 14: Government forces have laid couple of south Kashmir villages under siege.
Latest reports said that search operations are underway in Kokergund area of Kulgam, Gulzarpora village of Pulwama and Keegam area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Sources said that these villages were brought under Cordon and Search Operation after the reports of presence of militants.
Since the launching of Operation All Out, Government Forces have conducted hundred’s of Cordon and Search Operations in South Kashmir villages. Majority of the these operations conclude without establishing any contact with militants. (CNS)
