Police reunites missing families

 

Srinagar, Dec 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday traced and reunited a family in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district. The spokesman said Irfan Ahmad Kalas son of Nazir Ahmad Kalas of Gujjarpati Prang, aged 14, who went missing on December 15 was traced out on December 18 from Jammu and handed over to his family. Similarly, he said, 35-year-old Rafiqa Bano, wife of Fayaz Ahmad Mir, the resident of Lari Prang, reported missing on December 16 was traced out from Srinagar within two days and reunited with her family on December 18.Sakeena Bano, the wife of Abdur Rashid Ghakkad, a resident of Margund Kangan, aged 40 and Parveena Bano (35), wife of Wahid Ahmad, who had been missing since 2010 and 2014 respectively were traced out by police station Kangan.
