Man shot at, injured in Shopian, grenade lobbed at Police Station Baramulla  

Srinagar, Dec 2: A man was injured after gunmen opened fire at him in south Kashmir’s  Shopian district on Saturday.
Officials said that Mukhtar Ahmad Bhat, son of Ghulam Muhammad Bhat was injured after gunmen fired at him near his home in Keegam village. “Bhat received multiple bullet injuries in his right knee. He was shifted to a hospital where from he was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment,” they said, adding that his condition is stated to be stable
Meanwhile, militants on Saturday evening attacked police station Baramulla with a grenade.
Reports said that a grenade lobbed at the police station exploded with a bang.  Few gunshots were also heard after the blast. However, there was no report of any causality.
