IGP greets people on Milad

Srinagar, November 30: Inspector General of Police Munir Ahmad Khan has greeted the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
IGP Kashmir has hoped that this auspicious occasion guide us on the path of Peace, Goodwill & Harmony and would be a harbinger of progress and prosperity in the State.
He has prayed for the well-being of the people of the Jammu and Kashmir on this occasion.
IGP Munir Ahmad Khan along with DIG CKR Ghulam Hassan Bhat, SSP Sriangar, SP Hazratbal and other senior officers paid visit to Hazratbal shrine and chaired a meeting to review the arrangements in view of the Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAW) and Friday following. The IGP directed senior officers to facilitate general public throughout this holy week and on his directions special police camp has been established at Hazrabal to help and facilitate the devotees.
