Four army men dead, one seriously injured in road accident at Banihal

Srinagar, Dec 1: Four army men died while one got seriously injured in a road accident on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Banihal area of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
Reports said that four army men were killed when a car (bearing registration number JK 02 N 6332) they were travelling in met with an accident near Shatani nallah.
The fifth army men travelling in the car, headed to Jammu from Kashmir, was seriously injured in the accident, they said. He was shifted to Banihal hospital for treatment.
The deceased were identified as Pawan Kumar of village Bachyaal, Vijay Kumar, son of Rattan Lal of Gau Manasa, Omparkash of Sunetar Ramnagar Udhampur and Pawan Kumar of Akhnoor.
The injured soldier was identified as Joginder Pal of Kathua.
All the deceased were posted in Tral area of southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
